RISE stands for Real-Time Intervention and Support for Empowerment.
It’s more than a program—it’s a life-saving partnership for individuals who’ve experienced or contributed to relationship harm.
Led by Candy Christophe, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addiction Counselor, RISE is a 26-week Domestic Violence Education & Treatment Program grounded in real-time, trauma-informed care.
The program is operated by Christophe Counseling & Associates for clinical treatment and facilitated by Re-Entry Solutions for practical support, housing, and healing services.
